- Job Description: Front-line support for all end users of Nueces County. Maintains, configures, and repairs computer hardware, software and networking systems. Provides hardware and software technical assistance and support to end users.

Quickly diagnoses and resolves computer or network related issues or outages. Utilizes a working knowledge of VPN based, high traffic, high availability networked systems in order to carry out installations, upgrades and repairs of secure off-site locations.

- Supervised a team of up to 5-6 in-store agents; duties included computer diagnostics, software and hardware repair/upgrade, virus removal, data backup/recovery, and operating system imaging.

- Traveling in a company provided “Geekmobile” to appointments on schedule, while maintaining a pristine driving record!
